Including an 8 day brass faced dial with rocking ship movement. Bulle Impulse Electric Glass Domed Mantle Clock c1920 This is quite a rare attractive Bulle impulse electric clock, manufactured around 1920. It has a glass dome with the movement in view. The clock was made in France, Brevette SGDG Patented serial number 154421. It is 10” high, the glass dome sits on a 6” diameter mahogany base that. The base will house a 1.5 volt AA battery. It has a 3 ½” diameter silvered dial, it is a little tarnished near 1 o’clock. The clock will require the usual attention to clean the terminals and set the clock up. A new 1.5volt standard battery will be required. A battery holder is in place. This is quite a rare clock, and would add to a collection. The clock is therefore sold for restoration.
Vintage Time Recording Pigeon Racing Clock This is an interesting vintage time recording clock used for pigeon racing. It was manufactured by Coulet Excelsior. The quality clock movement is housed in a circular 15cm x 9cm metal case. This in turn is placed in an oak box 18cm x 17cm x 11.5cm. The box has a leather carry strap. At the front a glass allows viewing of an adjustable paper time scale. The clock movement is key-wound, the winding hole is accessed under the paper scale.
